~no resale allowed on ANY of my avatars, regardless if edited or not.
~do not claim my avatars as yours, even if edited. (You can say that you did the edits, but the base avatar is by me.)
~do not make my avatars public.
~do not take assets from my avatars. I provide credit for ANY asset used, please buy from the original creators.
~please have some knowledge of Unity before purchasing, if you do not, I have a help channel
~if you do not put in your Discord, your license is invalid and this could lead to you being blacklisted from my shop.
~you are allowed to use my models on social media/streaming, as long as I am credited with my store link.
~you are NOT allowed to convert my models for use in ChilloutVR or NeosVR as of right now (I still need to check them out)
~purchases are non-refundable. If you purchase anything from me, it is final. chargebacks put you at risk of a blacklist.
~ITS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX MODELS THAT YOU BREAK BECAUSE U EDIT THEMIF A VRC UPDATE BREAKS MY OLDER MODELS I WILL FIX IT IF I HAVE TIME

~all assets are allowed for commercial use. (read the description of the asset and it will say if it can be used on Free/nitro models)
~all assets require credit if used commercially using my discord and Payhip shop.
~resale/redistribution/trading is not allowed and if caught will result in a blacklist.
~claiming my assets as your own is not allowed
~if used commercially, seller must make the buyer aware that they must purchase the asset through me to use it.
~if you do not put your discord, your license is invalid and could lead to a blacklist.
~you are allowed to use my assets in ChilloutVR, NeosVR, and other VR platforms as long as you credit me

ANYONE WHO BREAKS MY TOS IS RESPONSIBILE FOR DMCAS OR ANY LEGAL ACTION TAKEN.I am NOT responsible if you do not read the disclaimers, information or descriptions that are available for your benefit.
